Festival at Pilgrim Place

Festival at Pilgrim Place returns this November for a 76th year of fun! We welcome neighbors and friends of all ages to join us as we continue a Claremont community tradition, which was started by our residents in 1948.

Festival features artisan booths from our talented resident community, offering one-of-a-kind, handmade, and collectible items. These include paintings, pottery, fine jewelry, baked goods, jams and jellies, woodcrafts, quilts, and other fabric and fiber arts. Donated goods such as books, furniture, housewares, holiday décor, plants, artworks, jewelry, clothing and other treasures from here and abroad are also refreshed for resale, at irresistible bargain prices.

Families will find a wide range of children’s activities at Festival, focused around Pilgrim Place’s core values of justice, peace, and care for the earth. This year, we are also proud to showcase a variety of musical entertainment featuring young, local artists and ensembles. And of course, Festival will offer plenty of delicious and affordable snacks along with freshly made, hearty meal choices from our Food Court. You won’t want to miss our quick-to-disappear selection of freshly baked pies!

In addition to bringing the community together, Festival is an important benefit for the Pilgrim Place Resident Health and Support Program, which enables our residents to remain in their homes and to live with dignity, even when the costs of daily living or unexpected medical expenses exceed their resources.
